Qualifications

• Extensive coaching background with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Lead center operations, scheduling, and event promotions.
• Drive sales, lead generation, and membership growth.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop coaching staff.
• Lead monthly staff meetings focused on culture and performance.
