Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager in Powell, OH to lead a busy center and drive exceptional experiences for kids and families. You will coach and develop the coaching team, manage center operations, and deliver key business results such as sales performance and member retention.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, event promotion, and collaboration with HQ. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually with performance-based bonus, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a center or team with a focus on coaching and customer service.
• Proven track record in leadership, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Ability to drive sales and memberships while maintaining service quality.
• Comfortable coordinating schedules, events, and center operations.
• Knowledge of coaching programs and parent communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and key KPIs to drive profitability and growth.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the coaching team and staff.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and supervise coaching candidates.
• Schedule coaches, promote events, and maximize community engagement.
• Maintain relationships with families and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and coordinate with HQ as needed.
