Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a student life/academic support setting.
• Master’s degree in higher education and student affairs or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resource Room Operations & Student Staff Supervision – oversees 20–25 undergraduate student employees and manages supplies, equipment, and services.
• Coca-Cola Donation Program Management – serves as program manager and campus liaison, supervises program staff, maintains records and reports.
• KBK Center & Student Organization Tenant Operations – manages tenant applications, space assignments, and policy development for 100+ tenants.
• Miscellaneous – supports annual registrations, attends meetings, and contributes to departmental planning.
