Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a Center Experience Manager (CM) to act as the CEO of the center, driving guest experience and financial results. You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.

You will lead on-floor coaching, talent development, and KPI-driven strategies in partnership with regional leadership to ensure operational excellence and brand standards are upheld across the center.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership experience: minimum 2 years in a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Word; Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Leadership: coach associates on package sales and EWC standards.
• Talent Development: recruit, train, and build a motivated team.
• Business Strategy: analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Trainers to improve results.
• Operational Excellence: ensure center cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
