ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a Greater Boston center on-site. You will supervise BCBAs and Behavior Therapists, own clinical quality, and manage day-to-day operations, including staffing and budget.

This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and family-centered, NDBI-based care for children 18 months to 6 years. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation package with

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience with 5+ years in leadership and supervision
• Credentialed BCBA with active MA LABA license or equivalent
• Experience leading a clinical team of BCBAs and BTs in a center setting

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality and supervision for the center, ensuring evidence-based care
• Provide individual and group supervision to BCBAs and BTs
• Own center operations: staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and utilization management
• Manage clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Guide staff development and performance, fostering a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming culture
• Oversee growth, utilization, and client outcomes across the center
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to hire and retain talent
• Create a safe, welcoming space for children and families served
