Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director (Center‑Based) to lead a Massachusetts center serving children 18 months to 6 years with NDBI therapy. You will supervise BCBAs and BTs, oversee clinical quality, and manage daily operations to ensure exceptional, evidence‑driven care.

This 100% on‑site role emphasizes clinic leadership, budget responsibility, staff development, and collaboration with centralized teams to sustain growth and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ABA experience with 5+ years post‑credential in leadership or supervision
• Massachusetts LABA license (or equivalent) in good standing
• Experience leading BCBAs and Behavior Therapists in a center
• Extensive work with children under 6 and a neurodiversity‑affirming approach
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the center's clinical quality, supervision, and team development.
• Provide individual and group supervision to BCBAs and BTs.
• Own day‑to‑day operations: staffing, scheduling, supplies, facilities and budget.
• Monitor utilization, billing, and adherence to clinical policies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and HR/Finance to ensure clinic success.
