Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role in Santa Ana, CA. You will engage with customers, manage requests, and support center operations to ensure a productive workspace for members.

You will handle daily inquiries, assist with room setup, manage invoices, and help plan center events, while maintaining a professional, friendly environment and contributing to a strong network.

Competenze

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a smooth center experience.
• Handle inquiries and assist with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and projector setup.
• Process and charge for services; ensure accurate invoices.
• Organize events and coordinate posters and notices in the center.
• Support center operations and close the day tidy.
