Job summary

Regus in Aurora, CO is seeking a Community Associate to manage day-to-day operations in our on-site center. You’ll greet customers, assist with services, coordinate room setups, and ensure smooth center operations so clients can focus on their business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Good communicator able to build relationships.

• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the on-site center throughout the day.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and service setup (Wi‑Fi codes, directions, etc.).
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper charging for services rendered.
• Assist with events planning, posters, and networking activities.
• Support day-end tasks and maintain center tidiness.
