Purple Cow Recruiting presents an opportunity for a Center Clinical Medical Director. The role centers on leading PCPs and NPs, managing care for seniors with multiple chronic diseases, and driving value-based care within a physician-led primary care organization.

Salary ranges from $270,000 to $341,000 with a bonus up to 20% of base, plus a path to partnership. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with clinic hours 7:30a–5:00p and a patient panel up to 250.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice.
• Leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCPs and NPs within the center.
• Manage a small patient panel up to 250.
• Participate in Center Medical Director Training and leadership pathways.
• Contribute to value-based care initiatives and center financial performance.
• Support growth and operations of the center.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine

• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
