Job summary

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director for a physician-led, value-based care model focusing on seniors. The role oversees PCPs/NPs, drives clinical operations, and champions performance and growth with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements include Board Certification in FM/IM/Geriatrics, MD/DO in relevant fields, and at least 1 year of geriatric or family practice leadership experience. Bilingual Spanish preferred, and relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• At least 1 year of clinical geriatric or family practice experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCPs and NPs and oversee center operations.
• Manage center financial performance and growth initiatives.
• Provide value-based, high-quality care to seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases.
• Engage in leadership development and training programs.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
