Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director for a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization in Florida. Base salary ranges from $270,000 to $341,000, with bonus potential and partnership options.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, clinic hours 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with last patient at 4:15 pm, and a small patient panel focused on geriatrics. You will lead PCPs and NPs, manage care for seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases, and participate in Center Medical

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO required with board certification in FM, IM, or geriatrics.
• Leadership experience required with clinical leadership background.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice setting; strong communication skills; able to travel locally/regionally.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
