Purple Cow Recruiting presents a Center Clinical Medical Director opportunity with a physician-led, value-based senior care model. Base salary 270,000 to 341,000 with up to 20% bonus and potential for partnership.

Hours Monday–Friday 7:30a–5:00p; clinic with small patient panels and leadership of PCPs and NPs. Requirements include Board Certification in FM, IM, or Geriatrics; MD or DO; 1 year geriatric or family practice; strong leadership; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certified in FM/IM/Geriatrics.
• MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice.
• Leadership experience required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCPs and NPs and oversee clinic operations.
• Drive value-based care and clinical performance for seniors.
• Partner with operations to optimize financial performance of the center.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and multidisciplinary teams.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
