Purple Cow Recruiting’s client is a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director to lead geriatric care, value-based programs, and center operations in Ohio. The role blends clinical leadership with growth, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and a collaborative culture.

Base salary $270,000–$341,000 with up to 20% bonus and potential partnership; Monday–Friday hours, clinic hours 7:30a–5:00p, benefits include relocation and 401K match.

Qualifications

• Board certification in FM/IM/Geriatrics required.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Leadership experience in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PCPs and NPs in a geriatric patient population.
• Lead clinical operations and center financial performance.
• Drive value-based care initiatives and patient outcomes.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
