Purple Cow Recruiting client seeks a Center Clinical Medical Director to lead a geriatrics-focused primary care center in Florida. The role offers base pay of $270,000–$341,000 plus up to 20% bonus and partnership potential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and clinic hours 7:30a–5:00p.

Ideal candidate is Board Certified in FM, IM, or Geriatrics, with 1+ year leadership in geriatric or family practice and strong MS Office skills; Spanish speaking is a plus. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice.
• Leadership experience required.
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PCPs and NPs.
• Oversee a center serving seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases.
• Lead clinic with value-based care and patient-centered outcomes.
• Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists to enhance patient care.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine

• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
