Purple Cow Recruiting presents a Center Clinical Medical Director opportunity in Fort Myers, FL. Lead primary care teams delivering senior-focused, value-based care with a patient-first approach.

Base salary ranges from $270,000 to $341,000 plus up to 20% bonus and potential partnership. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30a–5:00p; small panel; manage PCPs/NPs; Spanish preferred for effective communication with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice setting with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; able to travel locally and regionally.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PCPs and NPs.
• Oversee clinical operations for geriatric/family medicine patients.
• Support value-based care initiatives and center performance.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:
