Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a Center Clinical Medical Director for a physician-led primary care organization in Florida. The role focuses on leadership of PCPs/NPs, care for seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases, and value-based care.

Compensation includes base salary $270k-$341k plus bonus up to 20% and potential partnership. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30a–5:00p; small patient panel; relocation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification in FM, IM, or geriatric medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in geriatric or family practice.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally; Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCPs and NPs to deliver value-based care.
• Manage a small patient panel of up to 250.
• Oversee center operations and medical economics.
• Drive clinic growth and partnership opportunities.
• Serve as a clinical leader for seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases.

Center Clinical Medical Director

COMPENSATION: $270-$341k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

Role:

• Salary: Base $270,000-$341,000
• Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
• Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
• Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
