Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking individuals to join our team as Center-Based RBTs in Fayetteville, NC. You will work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will use evidence-based techniques to promote communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate; able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team to support each child's progress and safety.
