Job summary

Centria Autism in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training so you are equipped to help each child.

Qualifications

• Requires passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years old and able to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required (if not current).
• Able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Help children learn communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
