Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive training.
• Physically capable to assist children up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Document progress and participate in ongoing training.
