Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism across clinic, home, school and community settings. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and document progress using our data system.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with guidance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document using our electronic data collection system.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client progress.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
