Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA in Fayetteville, NC to supervise Behavior Technicians, mentor RBTs, and support families in evidence-based ABA therapy. You’ll work with BCBAs to ensure program fidelity, data-driven decisions, and compassionate care.

You will benefit from mentorship, CEU support, a structured center environment, and opportunities to grow toward BCBA credentials while maintaining predictable schedules.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Ability to collect and analyze client data.
• Strong collaboration with BCBAs and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data to support data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training
