Job summary

Centria Autism in Fayetteville is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We are looking for candidates who are passionate, patient, and able to work well in a team. The position offers a pay range of $17 - $23 per hour. Join us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with children.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
• Comfortable performing physical activities required for the role.
