Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in High Point, NC. Join a center-based ABA program focused on early intensive intervention for children with autism.

In this full-time role, you work in center-based sessions, 1:1 and in small groups, following BCBA/BC plans and documenting progress. You will collaborate with families, maintain strict data collection, and adhere to safety protocols while supporting each child’s communication, daily living, and social

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification from the BACB.
• Willing to participate in the company background check.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care 1:1 and in group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect and summarize behavioral data and progress.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training aligned with protocols.
• Complete documentation on time and maintain clear records.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and report incidents.
• Assist with materials and assessments as needed.
