Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision at our center in Eagle, Idaho. You will work closely with the BCBA and families to support learning and development in children with autism.

The role requires an active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training, a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour RBT training; BT experience in ABA is acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ethical standards in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning.
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.
