Opal Autism Centers seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our center in Eagle, Idaho. You will work closely with families, implement individualized plans, and collect progress data to support children's learning and development.

The position emphasizes ongoing professional development, on-site supervision, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour training completion.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a center-based setting.
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis.
