Opal Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, center-based position in Greensboro, NC. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage children in therapeutic activities while communicating progress to families.

The role requires RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training completion, high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or completion of BACB 40-hour RBT training recognized by BACB
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in ABA preferred
• 1+ year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before employment start date
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain it
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
