Job summary

Centria Healthcare’s Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for in-center, 1:1 and group sessions. You will implement individualized teaching plans, collect data, and support families with training under supervision of a BCBA/BC. Must hold RBT certification and be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Full-time position, Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm, in center, with benefits and paid time off. CPR/First Aid and TB testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow behavior protocols outlined in the client’s treatment plan created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment and behavior protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials and assessments.
