Job summary

Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy offers a dedicated 1:1 and group ABA program for young children in a center-based setting. The Registered Behavior Technician role emphasizes data-driven practice, ongoing caregiver coaching, and safe, structured care in a warm, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and be at least 18.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plan with BCBA/BC for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and accurately.
