Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct client care in 1:1 and small group settings within a center-based ABA program. You will implement ABA protocols, collect data, and support BCBA/BC supervision, contributing to children's progress.

You must be RBT-certified, have a HS diploma, reliable transport, and be willing to undergo background checks and certifications; the role emphasizes safety, documentation, and

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• CPR/First Aid and TB test requirements.
• Reliable transportation and age 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physical stamina for on-floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client's treatment plan and behavior protocols developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of safety concerns.
