Job summary

Centria Autism's Life Skills Autism Academy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy to young children in a center setting.

You will implement BCBA plans, collect progress data, train caregivers, and maintain precise documentation while collaborating closely with BCBA for each child’s goals. This full-time role offers competitive pay, PTO, 401K, tuition discounts, and practicum hours toward supervision.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification from BACB.
• Willing to participate in background check.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test annually.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with ABA strategies.
• Follow BCBA-constructed treatment plans and data collection procedures.
• Collect, record and summarize observable client behavior data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment plans.
• Ensure timely documentation and communicate progress to families.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and report incidents.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments as needed.
