Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network's center-based ABA team seeks an highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism inside a structured center. You will operate under a BCBA and implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity.

Daily responsibilities include data collection, progress notes, and collaboration with families to generalize skills across routines and environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the service area and pass background screenings.
• Work independently while staying aligned with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, play, social, adaptive living and behavioral skills.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans with consistency and fidelity.
• Support children in achieving meaningful goals toward independence.
