Triangle ABA in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting. You will work under supervision of BCBA/Clinical Supervisor and contribute to a warm, collaborative clinic environment designed to help children thrive.

The role emphasizes compliance, data collection, and effective communication with families, with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or plan to obtain certification within 30 days of training.
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting following BCBA-designed plans.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and record accurate data during sessions and complete notes per compliance.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignment to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members while upholding HIPAA.
