Opal Autism Centers in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This full-time, center-based role supports children with autism and works with families to reinforce progress during therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour training completion.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• CPR certification prior to start date or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis.
