Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in High Point, NC. The role involves providing direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children within a center setting, following individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC. Strong data collection and communication with families are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group direct client care.
• Follow behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation.
