Job summary

Centria Autism in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, in-center role. You will provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, and collect data to inform progress.

The position requires RBT certification, 18+ years, a high school diploma, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing. Benefits include PTO, 401K, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Must be physically able to perform job duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cultural competency and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow behavioral protocols in the client's treatment plan created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
