Life Skills Autism Academy in Norcross, GA is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in a structured 1:1 setting under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, and family collaboration to promote language, social, and school-readiness skills.

Candidates must be able to obtain or maintain RBT certification, complete a background check, and meet health and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Must hold or be willing to complete RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and, where applicable, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Record and summarize client data accurately.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely data entry and reporting.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as directed by the BCBA/BC.
• Support safety and behavioral protocols in all interactions with clients.
