Life Skills Autism Academy in Norcross, GA is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in a 1:1 setting under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy to develop language, communication, social, and school readiness skills.

Formación

• Must hold or be willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Ability to collect, record, and summarize client data accurately.
• Strong communication with parents, caregivers, and BCBA/BC team.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
• Maintain safe, clean therapy environment.
• Provide parent and caregiver training as directed.
