Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist to join a motivated team dedicated to transforming lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes natural play, collaboration with OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and ongoing client progress assessment.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Current state licensure to practice in Massachusetts or applicable state.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs as part of interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support client progress and outcomes through data-driven approaches.
