Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking an in-center Operations Manager in Raleigh, NC, to lead a team of clinicians and staff. You will oversee center budget, KPI tracking, safety, and compliance while supporting families and linking operational goals with clinical care.

You will mentor 25–50 teammates, drive performance, and contribute to a thriving, compliant environment that delivers high-quality ABA therapy to children and families served by ABC.

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; extensive management experience valued.
• Experience working with autistic children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics and financials: oversee KPIs, budget, and center performance to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead teammates: mentor, retain 25–50 staff, conduct evaluations and development plans.
• Support families: build trust with families via onboarding education and guidance during ABA treatment.
• Collaborate across departments: align operational goals with clinical care with Clinical Directors and regional leaders.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations with state and payer standards.
