Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Center-Based Behavior Technician in Newhall, CA. This part-time role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to young children under supervision, using play-based approaches and data collection to track progress.

You'll join a supportive team with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. A sign-on bonus of $750 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed.
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
