Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician in Elk Grove, CA to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll engage young children using play-based methods, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage and support young children in ABA-based activities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with supervising BCBA and staff.
• Excellent observation and data collection skills.
• Flexibility to work across center-based sessions and occasional home visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children aged 18 months–6 years.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment.
