Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Center-Based Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Westchester, CA. This full-time position features a center-based schedule from Monday to Friday with guaranteed hours and competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$25.00/hour).

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and gain valuable hands-on training. Paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and clear pathways for advancement are highlights.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
