Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team, delivering 1-1 treatment in a center-based setting alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and family information (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with children during sessions (2–15 years old).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
