Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment under supervision of BCBA professionals for children on the autism spectrum. This role offers growth in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or autism spectrum disorders preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as children move through sessions.
