Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing the gold standard of ABA services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team in a center-based setting, partnering with BCBAs to deliver 1-1 treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to locations.
• Confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavior plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist clients during sessions (physical activity such as standing, walking, or light lifting).
