Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We hire Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting, working 1-on-1 with clients to implement BCBA-designed plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data handling demonstrated.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA/LBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and maintain pace with children aged 2–15 years.
• Perform other tasks as outlined by the BCBA/LBA.
