Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting, supporting treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children or with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients to implement ABA plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Train families on treatment plans alongside BCBA.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical tasks to support sessions with children aged 2–15 years.
