Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to 21. We are hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in a center-based setting, working one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or developmental delays preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
