Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks an entry-level Clinician in Training to jump-start a BCBA career within a supportive center-based team in New Jersey. You will work under a mentor BCBA, gaining hands-on experience across assessments, programming, and client care.

Open to candidates finishing supervision or newly certified; opportunities for supervision hours, professional development, and on-site training are provided in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• In the process of finishing supervision (last 3-4 months) or newly certified and applying for licensure.
• Able to lift, transport, and chase clients (min 30 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center who serves as a mentor and coach.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients; create materials for learners on caseload after MRS training.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming by BCBA.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and assist with material preparation for parent meetings and trainings.
• Assist with creating and changing charts and updating data sheets after a shared consult.
