Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Center-based BCBA to design ethical, individualized client programs and supervise a small caseload. You will review data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans with guidance from the Clinical Manager.

The role involves hands-on interaction, collaboration with families, and a supportive team that backs your career growth. Center-based 1:1 therapy model in NJ and nearby states.

Qualifications

BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods.
Proficient with Office 365 apps and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload (8-10 clients).
Review session data with staff and families; interpret results.
Modify individualized treatment plans based on data.
Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
Attend team meetings with staff and families; report to Clinical Manager.
